Service is good but
the sleeping bag is thin, not enough keep warm for sleep even inside the house. Finally I use as a quilt with double layer and then keep warm better. So the bag's thickness could use about 15 degree or above only. (250 gsm not enough)

They were extremely helpful when the bed turned out to be a little smaller than advertised.

Great service. Quick delivery and an excellent air bed

Replace a product or refund me as the air bed is unfit for purpose! An airbed that deflates by over 50% of its volume in less than 12 hours is useless and to be told it is normal is an insult!

I have received the product but not used yet as it was bought in advance for an expected visit by a relative later in the year. If the product lives up to its review, then it will be what I wanted it to be.

Good support with easy inflation and deflation. Though only used for few days, no need to "re-bump" that in between. Easy storage as well after the deflation.

Excellent customer service and product.
Very comfortable air bed to sleep on.
Great if youâre a bit older oryou have knee or joint problems, much easier to get off the air bed as itâs higher than conventional airbeds.
