Brought this product as needed a spare bed for visiting family and friends. Having tried it out myself for three night I found the instructions easy to operate. Found the bed very comfortable easy to put up and down. Would definitely recommend this products.

Purchased my second airbed from Active Era as the original one seems to have a problem with the valve as it is not holding in air. My new purchase sadly is just the same. The bed once inflated makes a terrible noise each time you move and I am wakened during the night cocooned in the bed as it starts to deflate.
I raised my concerns and was helped by Alex. Alex was excellent and very helpful. I shall be returning the newly purchased air bed and sadly will be looking for another product. My initial bed was brilliant for my back pain but sadly now waking up on what feels like jelly has not helped my back and I am in pain once again.
Perhaps it is just the batch and I suffered bad luck twice.

The product I have purchased keeps deflating. I have found one of the punctures but unable to find the other. I have not had time to return the airbed yet. I am unhappy with this purchase as it was supposed to be being used this weekend

Terrible customer service that does nothing but stalling! Don't waste your time and money! Received double bed instead of King size! Bed is smaller than instructed in the box! This is the second bed I bought as the first one was broken. The second one I received is much smaller than the first bed. On the box it says 152x203x50cm but when fully inflated, it is only 145x190x45cm. This should be marketed as Double size bed not King. After 1 week of back and forth with the customer service they decided to do nothing and asked me to return if I'm not happy at my own cost.
The customer service denied the smaller size even I sent the evidence with the photo below. Such a useless service and definitely not worth your money. There are cheaper and better quality beds on Amazon with other brands!

Arrived the next day. Usually when my neices come to stay they argue over who is going to sleep in the main bed, this time they argued who was having the air bed in the end they shared it! I had a nap on it and it was comfy for me despite being a larger person.
Inflated and deflated fine. Only downside is it's fairly heavy when packed away but given it has built in pump and is sturdy that's understandable

Brilliant service, ordered Sunday and received the air bed Monday. This is the second bed from Active Era the first one had been used continually during the last 2 years while work was being carried out at our house then at a relative’s. (Who are still using it). Reason for new one.
