Ordering and delivery was first class. The bed arrived, I inflated IT and was impressed how comfortable it was, but in the first night of use it lost approximately 25% air and needed to be re-inflated. Disappointed and perplexed, I read the instructions for advice and it did say that when new the bed may lose a small amount of air. I persevered but alas the same scenario was repeated over a series of nights and I prepared to return the bed for a refund. Out of chance I checked the manual plug stopper and put my ear next to it and could hear a very quiet but steady hiss of escaping air. I pulled out the plug and seal and carefully replaced it. Bingo! No more escaping air, 3 nights of extremely comfortable sleep since then, just need to see how robust the bed proves to be. The bed is comfortable and spacious for two adults, get a mattress protector for extra insulation. I have given the bed four stars and taken one off due to initial teething problems. I would advise Active Era to put an advisory note on the instructions about checking the fitment of the stopper.

Couldn't have asked for a better service. A last minute order for 2 beds for Christmas guests resulted in speedy deliveries before our guests arrived.

Bought this bed as we had relatives coming for Christmas. Delivery was very quick. Set up the bed which was very easy. You could also tell the bed is good quality. My son and his wife slept on the bed and said it was very comfortable and it did not deflate overnight at all. Altogether excellent

Easy to order and super fast delivery with regular updates.
The air bed has been inflated and deflated just to test it, that in itself was smooth and easy and it seems to be well made. Would be great if you also sold a sheet and a storage bag.

Bought a mattress which delivery was delayed on but after a quick email was given an apology, reassured that it would be there the next day and offered a 10% discount as a good will gesture.

I had a small issue with my mattress and contacted Active Era. The first contact with them, via email, was on 27th December - a bank holiday!! I had a reply from them the same day and had my issue all sorted out by the 28th December. I couldn't ask for more and can only say, the service I received from them was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! The bed is fantastic and comfortable and does what it was purchased for.
