I bought the single bed which was delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed, free of charge. The bed is very good quality and so easy to inflate and deflate quickly also very comfortable. Came with its own storage bag. Would definitely recommend.

Family down for holiday and they were very comfortable. Slept on bed for over a week and didn't have to add any more air.

Ordered on the Tuesday before New Year's Eve, for use on the night of New Year's Eve. The delivery suggestion was for Thursday, but the bed arrived a day earlier, so in plenty of time to try out before visitor arrived. What better service could there be, particularly in that dead period between Christmas and New Year. And the bed itself is stunning, very well made, comfortable, and really easy to inflate and deflate. The cord storage is a masterstroke. Could not be more pleased.

Adhering to stated delivery date when order was placed. And less time to respond to customer query and not having to wait 48hrs each time when a reply is sent.
Customer service rep replied and mentioned there was a delivery issue and the bed will be delivered on 5th Jan when it was supposed to be delivered 29th December.
They haven't also confirmed what discount they were going to offer for the inconvenience caused as I needed this bed delivered for an urgency. Customer rep confirmed someone will contact me within 24hrs with an offer and still nothing.

Arrived promptly. Quick inflation, although it took us a moment to find the plug. It does exactly what it says on the box. We would recommend it to others.

Clear and easy to use.
Fast and trackable delivery.
Fully informed along the way.
We can't comment on customer service ir returns as we've not needed those. But happy with everything we've seen so far.

Inflatable mattress inflates rapidly and is very comfortable to sleep on. However as my son was very cold when he woke due to air inside not warming up, a topper is desirable. Had the instructions stated this and that I would have rated this a 10.

Easy to order and delivered within the stated time, so 5 stars. Bed I flatwd with ease, although of I had one criticisms I'd suggest instructions on how to fold it to get it back to the same size and in the box.
