I have bought 3 products- all well designed and priced. A few hiccups with ordering and delivery were quickly sorted by the responsive Customer Service Team. The company offers a small range of good outdoor products.

Was deflating just after 4 days, even though the information said it was puncture resistant. Absolutely disappointed

The website was easy to use and it was sent promptly and delivered by DPD on time. The tent is easy to put up and take down with the clear instructions on the bag. The tent is larger than I expected and well made. Looking forward to going to beach with it.

I ordered 2 paddle boards for my twins joint birthday at over £500. I don't have much money like most people during this time. When only 1 arrived I informed the company about this. These were a birthday present and I was disappointed to only be able to give 1 and not the other. Customer services apologised and offered me a replacement or a refund with no form of compensation for the inconvenience. After spending £500 I think a small discount on the second paddle board would have been appreciated and I would have had some spare money to buy another present for the time being.
