Yes highly recommend them

Excellent product plus speedy delivery

That what 5star service is, fast, well communicated.

All looked good upon unpacking the paddle board but it has a faulty valve and possibly faulty pump too. The pump will not latch on, the connection is too big, I used another pump which fits better but still cannot pump up the board fully. The connection and hose flies off dangerously with great force. Do not inflate with children or animals around unless sure you have a good one. Customer service very reactive but sending new pump will not resolve. And I am still without a board. I was sent videos on how to remove valve in case it was stuck but this did not resolve. We purchased 2 hydra force boards from tesco for £199 and have had no problems, I would get another of those if available but they are not unfortunately. We did like the kayak seat idea but honestly not worth it with hindsight as we happily sit and kneel on the HF boards with kids and dog. The price of this one rises daily, I purchased for £249 less than a week later it is now £289! Profiteering..... Would be ok if worked. Lack of reviews online doesn’t offer purchasers chance to see if faults are one batch and I have been unlucky or if board is poor quality. I am having replacement board delivered, fingers crossed it is ok. I will update my review after receiving 2nd board, having to wait as no longer offering next day delivery. They don’t allow returns to be left at drop off point as other companies so expected to wait in for collection. Although they will collect from your workplace/ other address bit still ties you down. Overall I have wasted a lot of time trying to pump board, emailing and sending and watching videos and I am still without a board. I think they should prioritise replacements.

The service ok, the scales arr starting to not be accurate, it differes 5 pound if you stand on, then off then on
I wish i could send bk
