While your service seemed to be spot on , we’ve not got our bed. The next day delivery never turned up as they made out they did. So we asked for them to deliver it to a local pick up store. They tried to deliver it to our address next day which we didn’t know about apart from a message from them after they tried to deliver it.
So I don’t know where it is. Believe they’ve returned it to you, as a another message from said that’s what they were doing.
So totally dissatisfied with the company delivering our bed.

Service was good. Straight forward ordering. Easy to pump up, however, plasters were missing from the box. It was if someone had returned this item. Would be grateful if you could send me some in the post.

I’ve bought the scale and it keeps giving me an incorrect reading I always put it on a flat surface but I when I step on the scale it gives me one reading then I get off it then go on it again and it gives me a different reading so I don’t know which is correct. I hope you can help me with this I’ve tried everything and even read the manual to see if I’m doing anything wrong.

I floating 5 star. Deflating 5 star. When you wake up the next morning your having to reflate the bed. I cant hear a leak but thankfully we only camped 2 nights. In July we are away for 7 nights. Is the bed meant to go down slowly? We awr well under the weight limit. Do I return it?

Because your web site did not make it clear that ordering on a bank holiday would delay delivery, so next day delivery is not available. Email i received said it would be delivered next day, bit confusing.
