The bed was delivered quickly. It's an excellent bed, very comfortable and supportive. It deflates really well and fits comfortably into the storage bag. The only suggestion I have is that it would benefit from having a handle on each side. I would recommend it.

I have tried to connect the scales to the App and left email as well as trying to get through on the phone but `have not received an answer. It has been impossible to connect the App to the scales. or get a response from anyone at your organisation.
