Prompt delivery and bed acts as described. Only point I would make is all dimensions (height, length, width) are about 5cm smaller than described, when fully inflated.

Great product and price with next day free delivery. All for £21.99. Comes with EA App for loads of analysis of weight and body composition. Looks cool and well designed. Whats not to like :-)

Used active chat to resolve a question. Ordered online and received the airbeds next day. Couldn't fault the service. Airbed works very well and is suprisingly comfortable.

Very quick dispatch and delivery of item. No extra packaging, so no waste unlike many other companies. Item arrived in good condition. There is a good amount of information on the website and it was easy to find what I was looking for, and make a purchase.

I bought this second set of scales (newer model) to check accuracy of originall set. Several readings changed and my body age reduced fro 72 to 45 (actual age 71)! Now I’m not sure which set - if either - is accurate. Obviously not both.

Active Era's service was truly first class from start to finish, simplicity at its best. The delivery time outstanding. I have not unpacked the bed yet so will be happy to give a review of the product once my son has slept on the bed over Christmas. Thank you so much.

Bought a second inflatable bed as they are so comfortable and easy to set up - delivery was fast and a query we had re folding the bed up again properly was also dealt with swiftly. Have already recommended these products to others.

Very quick and efficient delivery. Haven’t used the bed yet but have slept on one before and it was almost like a real bed and so much better than the usual air beds which end up virtually flat on the floor by the end of the night.
