It arrived the day after like it said it would. It was very easy to set up, the instructions very useful. Maybe one bit of advice would be to add in a section of tips if you find that certain measures are too high/low (this may already be in the instruction manual so I apologise if I've missed it). Having said that, considering the price this is a brilliant buy that I would recommend to anybody looking for scales.

Extremely fast service. Brilliant product. I’m using my Air bed while I’m self isolating. Really comfortable and doesn’t deflate like many other brands.

Great company selling smart scales for a good price! Due to the Christmas rush the delivery company were slightly slow to deliver, however Active Era were so accommodating and resolved the issue very fast. The scales are great and love the fact they are rechargeable, so cheap too!
