The service was very poor. First did not send any shipping or tracking information. Secondly ordered next deliver to my home address but they did not deliver the next day nor to my home address, instead delivered to a store that was not even close by and did not inform me. I had to get in contact with them for the information to be communicated to me. Did not apologise for the poor service either.

Absolutely love it, so easy to inflate and deflate and really comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience throughout, spoke to a live chat agent who was friendly and helpful with lots of information and delivery was free and arrived the next day. The customer care team via email was helpful and quick at responding too.

Excellent airbed, very comfortable and looks robust. I would have given 5 stars if the measurements were what they display to be. The width is 145 cm and not 152cm for the king size we ordered. Having said that, it does not affect the comfort for sleeping with a partner (my wife!)

Quality of product. Opened bed for first time last night (24.01.21) and it just keeps going down. I am requesting a refund tomorrow.

Excellent scales and used with App they are absolutely fantastic. Don't know how accurate the measurements are but very impressive stats.
