The item was delivered but the packaging was damaged and I have only used the scale 3 times and there seems to be a problem.

Hi. My husband is every day at home but on the day of delivery’s he had to go the office with me and we were back around 8pm. I have left yellow note on the door for the delivery man to live my package on the top of stairs first floor. For the reason of delivery we have not locked the bottom door so he could access the stairs. Sadly I have received a message from the delivery company showing a picture of my front door with my yellow note. They did not leave my package. I was very disappointed. That evening I tried to call the customer services but was £6 per min for call??.. Then there was voice msg asking where I want the package left. I already said. I also added mobile nr on it. On their website I have found out that they will try again on Monday. To my surprise when I woke up on Saturday I saw msg that they came agin and where not able to reach me. I was sleeping. Then I have found out that they left ,my package with my neighbor whom I really dislike very much. Why they left with him? Why they did not leave the first time?

Just Give it a Few seconds a Night on the Pump before sleep and a Good nights sleep is what I have well recommended 10 out of 10.
