I would have given it a 5 out of 5 if this could be linked to my Samsung Health app, but otherwise fantastic for the money.

The item arrived in good time. The air bed is of an exceptional quality and a fantastic height. It is very comfortable and easy to inflate and deflate. I am 5ft 8 inches and my feet were slightly hanging over the edge. However, I used a sleeping bag, so I have no issue with my feet getting cold.

Great pair of weighing scales. The app was easy to download and an amazingly easy to read set of data. Gives new impetus to attain lower weights. Thanks

After making this purchase (Ultra Slim Digital Bathroom Scales) I needed to change the delivery address. I used the online chat service and the delivery address was changed straight away with the caveat that the information needed to be confirmed with the 3rd party delivery company. I also needed to include some specific information about the delivery location and this was noted. The agent I spoke to promised to let me know the next day and true to her word she got in touch to confirm that all was fine.
The delivery was made on time & using the additional information I had given.

Excellent service, I ordered the same scales as both my son & daughter have, on their recommendation. Unfortunatey when my partner came home, she said she had already ordered some, but forgot to tell me. I rang Active Era to explain and though they had already arranged shipment, everything was sorted out and my monies refunded in a few days. Can't ask for better service than that, would use again if I needed anything else.
