Unfortunately DPD has let them down with terrible service left it outside my front door as a considered ââ¬Åsafe placeââ¬Â also delivered 5 hours later than my booked time slot so by the time they came I was at work.

I ordered the first mattress through Amazon - it arrived fine but within two days of use, it developed a leak on the upper surface. I returned it to Amazon and ordered a second mattress, which also arrived promptly, but to my dismay, it also had a leak! This time it was a small cut/split on the side, just below the pump. I was really impressed with the look and feel of the product, so I decided to give it one more chance; this time I ordered direct from your factory and it arrived very quickly the next day. Finally this has proved to be a good product; after more than a week of service, there are no signs of leaks or punctures.
