No problems and delivered quickly

Arrived quickly and was cheaper than Amazon! Also free postage 😊 Delivered by DPD and so received a time for delivery. Well packed, included the batteries and easy to use.

Order went through with no problems and delivery was prompt seeing it was over a Bank Holiday. Product although not used yet I have blown it up and all looks good.

great service, would recommend.

It inflated likes dream in a few minutes. My grandson found it too hard the first night but when it deflated a little ends with a duvet under the fitted sheet it was really comfortable. It also deflated in minutes and I managed to get It back in the box for storage. Overall very pleased.

Great product and delivered on time

The app.wont connect to the scales without location permission. Theres absolutely no reason they should need to know where I am just to use the functionality of the scales

Uninspiring, to say the least.
I left 2 messages, and never received a call in return.

I left the new bed in its box. I'll keep it in any case, even if you decide you can repair the old one.

I do think you could have returned my call (on 07541221637) to discuss what to do with the old one. I left 2 messages but no-one ever returned my call.

It has a very small puncture and could, I think, be reconditioned.

I think we have 3 options:

- You pick up the bed under the 12 month's guarantee free of charge

- You pick the old one up (for free) and try to repair it. Should it be possible to repair, let me know the cost. Should the cost be acceptable, I would obviously agree.
This is undoubtedly my preferred option.

- You pick it up to recycle it, at least it doesn't get binned (you know how to recycle it, I don't).

- I destroy it. I don't think that would be a particularly good idea: it could possibly make a lot of black smoke. That could cause issues with our neighbours - we only have a small garden. They could even call the fire brigade or the police, or both!

Anyway, give me a call to see what we should do.

Firstly, comply with UK trading laws by supplying the correct information on the packaging.
Secondly, your product information is dishonest. The measurements stated on your advertisements and packaging are clearly wrong. The Active Era single airbed is not 191 cm long. It closer to 170cm.
Try telling the truth.

Delivered the next day, which was amazing. The scales were easy to set, and provide so much useful information. Now, the trick is to learn about the various measurements and graphs.
