I bought it straight from their website and the service was as promised. I had a couple sleep in it ( double size bed ) for four nights and they were happy with the bed. I myself laid on it and found it very comfortable.

The first night we used it it went down in the night. I have a bad back which is why i spent more and bought your product but it made my back very bad. I have contacted customer services but not heard anything yet!

Excellent customer service. Next day delivery. Product works well, easy to inflate & deflate, just needs a little inflation after a couple of nights use. Agree with other comments about being cold - if camping, make sure you have layers underneath as well as on top. It would be good if there had been the premier product available in the double size, abd not just king & single sizes.

From marketing , to great customer service through to an extra ordinary comfortable nights sleep, these guys have it nailed. The innovative pump which actually works time and time again is one element of this fantastic product which sets it out from the rest.
