Service was on point. Quick and easy purchase. I first came across the brand when visiting a friend in Germany. He had the luxury king size air bed and I slept amazingly well. The premium king size is just as good. Perfect size and comfortability.

Product arrived very quick and was exactly what I expected. Had a slight issue with the warehouse but this was easily resolved and the staff were quick to reply and helpful. I have recommended this product.

I ordered the airbed on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. I don't think it could have been done any quicker even if I had had to pay for delivery. Not having to pay for delivery for sucha quick service was wonderful.

Having searched around online for a simple straightforward inexpensive bathroom scales with an easy to read digital display, I found the Active Era Ultra Slim White Scales with backlight. Visited the Active Era site and found them cheaper than on Amazon and eBay with free postage. Arrived very quickly, exactly as stated. Checked accuracy - spot on. Very pleased with this purchase.

Delivery was really quick, great product (smart scales), used for 10 days or so, then I hit a problem with weird readings (water 200000%, body fat 0%, definitely wrong!). I contacted customer services by email & the service I have had has been awful. The person I am dealing with, called Karren, doesn't seem to actually read my emails & will not answer simple questions. I eventually had to uninstall the app thereby wiping all my data as I had no help from customer support at all. I hope nothing else goes wrong as I'd rather not have to contact them again.

The airbed I received, although of good quality, was not as high as advertised which was a critical requirement on my part. However I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful offering me a replacement or refund. I accepted a refund on this occasion which was processed straight away. It's when you have a problem that you truly test what a company is like and I was very impressed. Thank you.

The scale is incredibly inaccurate, I weighed myself about 4 - 5 times and none of the readings were slightly similar
