We bought the bathroom scales. Unfortunately the scales were weighing 2 kg less than both our previous scales and the one in the gym. I queried this with Active era on their chat line. I was given some tasks to check- ie hard floor, take the battery out etc.. All things that are I had already done. Unfortunately the chat line must have timed out as it stopped responding. I got the impression that there wasn’t anything that could be done. The person on the chat line didn’t get back to me,so I gave up.

The scale is actually good but for some reason it keeps giving me irregular numbers and I don’t understand it at all.
