Active Era’s customer service was second to none in extremely swiftly (and without fuss) replacing my newly bought weighing scales which were inoperative. The replacement scales worked perfectly. Thank you and highly recommended.

We bought direct from ActiveEra as the same product was marginally cheaper than on Amazon. The mattress arrived within 24 hours, so full marks for delivery!

Very helpful customer orientated service supporting a very good product range, especially the luxury air bed which provides a very comfortable nights sleep.

Good service quick delivery. Goods, weighing scales, as described and working well, so far. Weighing scales seem accurate and consistent (not tested with an accurately known weight). Easy to use, just step on and stand still for a few seconds. The switch between different units i.e. Kg to Stones could be more conveniently placed - but not a serious issue.

A pleasure that at this difficult time for mail order trading this company made it like it used to be.

Ordered 2 first aid kits which were delivered within 2 days of ordering
Both kits come in a strong bag with plenty of compartments inside so you can separate all your items
Plenty of stock inside. My only criticism is that the tweezers are not very good in either bag and in the smaller bag they are plastic, but easy to replace with my own
I would recommend these kits and mine were for the home and the car

Very quick delivery and good quality of the product. The only negative thing is that the mattress is smelly, I'm mean I know is new, but the smell is very irritating. They need to do something with that. Apart from that is ok.
