Such an easy website to work. Placed my order and my scales came the next day! Love my scales. They have encouraged me to want to reach my target because I can see so many numbers reducing and not just focussing on my Weight!

5* service.... Not so sure about the courier used who had stated that the mattress had already been delivered, whereas it had not. I contacted active era and they were very responsive and agreed to send out another mattress. Low and behold a few hours later I did receive the mattress from the courier (5 days after they emailed to say it was delivered). In terms of Active Era I would say they had a first rate service, can't say the same about their courier of choice.

I haven’t slept on the beds I bought yet. I put them both up to make sure they were ok. Excellent service came within a few days. Quality of beds seems good and they inflate and deflate with ease. I can’t wait to try them out!
