It showed as next day delivery if purchased before midnight. This isn't the case as it came 2 days after. Only a day extra so didn't mind at all.

Ordered a first aid kit from them but firstly asked if it could be used on pets. The staff member I spoke to got me an answer swiftly within the timescale given, so I put in my order and received it the following day! Great first aid kit and amazing service from Active Era! Would definitely recommend.
