The delivery was very quick and no waste of a large cardboard box. I have not tried the mat though, because it's a gift for my grandson.

My wife has just come out of hospital after being diognosed with a benign brain tumor, she needs to sleep down stairs for a few months until her treatment has completed, I spent days looking at various beds (fold ups, put down and air), yours was the only site I could find where I could explain the situation to a customer advisor who was by the way excellent, she advised me that this bed was very comftable and ideal for her short term needs, as we have a small house I needed a bed that I could put away during the day, so far she has loved the bed, it is very comftable and cool and she sleeps all night without any problems.

Good Service. Item arrived on time as promised. Tent is easy to erect and dismantle and comes with simple instruction which are sewn into the bag so you can't loose them. Can't wait to try it out on the beach!!

I found their website easy, and ordered the pop up beach tent to use on a week’s holiday on the coast, and paid for it. The order was acknowledged and I was offered next day delivery. When I hadn’t received it 4 days later, and could get no sense from DPD the carrier. I emailed Active Era to find out when it was going to arrive. I was told at first that it must have been lost, and they would send me another one. Then a day later I received an apology to say that it was out of stock and the new stock would only be here in September did I want to wait for this or would I like a refund. I of course requested the refund.

Excellent online service with free delivery if ordered before 1pm. This wasn't clear though as website just said "free delivery". However was kept well informed by carrier DPD by tracking process online of delivery time.
