The bed was delivered in less than 24 hrs from ordering. Used on a 6 night camping trip - very comfortable. It did lose a little air over the period but that is to be expected with all air beds. It didn't need topping up.

Perfect air bed, feels like a normal bed and easy to put up and down.

Service is good but the bed has had to be inflated 2-3 times each night! Is it possible to return the item?

The scales are great, but the email comformation wasn't great, I did think it might of been a scam site, as it said next working and it was 3,or 4 days.

We had part of our product missing (repair kit). The response to my query was very fast and the problem was rectified immediately.
The product is of excellent quality and we have, in fact, ordered a second air bed.
I would definitely recommend Active Era

The bed looks good, but it’s not better quality than Intex airbeds. This bed requires constant topping up, and the pillow area is way too high. Just means there’s a second of the bed that doesn’t suit us at all. I had to sleep with the pillow side at my feet. Also because every so often throughout the night I had to top up the air in the bed. I weigh 88KG and am 5 foot 10 inches tall. It will only be used for guests. But I wish I didn’t spend so much on it. It’s totally not worth it.
