I ordered a Bluetooth smart analyser scales on the 10th of July 2020 and asked for next day delivery. It’s now the 28th of July 2020 and I am yet to receive anything about my package. A £40 order down the drain by a ridiculous and unprofessional company

The bed is top quality however the pillow is too high and hard and caused me painful neck and back ache in the mornings. Would of given higher stars for service if return postage was covered but because the bed was not faulty, they would not cover the cost so not the greatest customer service but the bed is made very well and easy to use. If you like soft and/or low pillows though this bed may not be for you.

When I sleep towards the center of the bed, you still feel a hollow.
Moreover, after 2 days, we have to re-inflate the bed which deflates very slowly.
For a luxury bed, I expected better to be honest.
Let's say it's an inflatable bed that helps out.
Regarding the delivery, it was perfect.
