Excellent customer service. Product arrived well packaged and in time. Communication excellent when I had a query about the product extended guarantee option. Will definitely use this company again. Can highly recommend them based upon my experience of buying a luxury air bed.

I ordered an item for next working day delivery. I waited 5 working days, and contacted the company. The web chat agents were helpful, but advised the item was out of stock and would be in next week. They advised the would send it out. I received no email advising it was out of stock.
I waited a further four working days and checked online. The item was back in stock- but I was yet to receive my order. The web chat agent advised the person dealing with my order was on holiday- so had I have not chased, I would have not received my order (again!).
I was frustrated that the company was not proactive in providing updates and I had to do the bulk of the chasing to receive my order.

The original tent was faulty, but this was sorted out professionally and with minimum fuss, and e-mails were responded to quickly. The replacement was sent within a day.

My scales arrived within 24 hours of ordering and there great! It wasn't overpackaged either. The scales were easy to use and set up on my phone and Fitbit. All good!

Good! Connects with Fitbit. Bad I if I hadn't messed around with the settings, I would not have known it connects with my tracker. Up to that point, I was on the verge of selling it and getting a scales that did connect with FB.

We purchased a premium single air bed and it is excellent. Their customer service is first rate. We had a hiccup with the delivery, not their responsibility, but they were really helpful and responded immediately.
