I didn't know much about air plants but my niece is obsessed. So I went shopping at Air Plant City for her birthday. Very informative and some good options on the site, found just what I wanted quickly, and it all arrived from across the country in just a few days and very well packed. I'm going to recommend the company to my niece. Thank you!

On a recent order I made, I splurged and got two plants I wouldn’t normally spend the extra money on. I had specific glass vessels to use for them and wanted to showcase them in my brand new bathroom.
When they arrived, one was significantly larger than I expected. I had ordered the small and they had sent a large version. Unfortunately, I cannot use the large version and have no where I can keep it that my cats won’t chew—it is much, much larger than any glass container I have.
I emailed the company asking about being sent the wrong item since I ordered a small and included a picture and measurements. I was told they gave me a upgrade to the larger size and that seemed to be the end of the discussion. It is a beautiful plant, I just can’t use it and now I don’t have what I ordered and needed for my bathroom. Since they give options on sizes and put the measurement ranges on the website for each plant, I am not sure why this happened.
I am disappointed and will probably buy from a different seller next time.

This is my second purchase from Air Plants City and their Impressive packaging & Prompt delivery makes me their absolute fan.
Imagine how good it feels when they respond immediately to their error of having sent me one plant less out of of my 30grab bag &10 Brachycaulos Red Abdita Tillandsia plants! And they sent me the plant accompanied by 4more!
There's surely more than species in the 30grab bag lot! I'll be updating with the pictures of my mini epiphytes ecosystem project once it's completed! Will surely get back for more as I start working on it!
