Love my new airplants. And thanks so much for the care information. I would have started out all wrong without it. They are all beautiful and so many different types. Will certainly buy from APC again

I ordered two air plants from Air Plant City. They arrived promptly and were packaged extremely well so the plants didn't get harmed in shipping. The plants were robust and healthy! I am very pleased with my experience with Air Plant City! I highly recommend them for your plant needs!

I ordered 1/17 & got my order 1/27 despite the 3-5 days shipping time stated , I still arranged & propped the plants as gifts but the time in transit probably damaged the plants, I kept some plants for me inside the house. They are falling apart. Please send me replacements.

The plants have always arrived in healthy condition, including wonderful service. There was only one situation in which the plants were delivered in frigid weather and one didnât survive. I attributed it to the extreme cold, as quality has always been top-notch. They have been very accommodating considering the long MN winters and timing of replacement. The process was very simple. I sent a photo and short e-mail and they responded the next day. Iâll continue ordering, while I still have room!
