I gave 4 stars only because I did not receive my complete order and had to contact customer service to rectify the problem. The missing plants were sent quickly and, like all the plants I received for my order, were very healthy.

The plants I ordered arrived healthy and in good shape. They were packaged neatly and came with helpful care instructions. I was very pleased with the speed at which they were shipped, also. I will be ordering from this shop again!

I’m a repeat customer. Plants are good quality! I’ve never received a stressed plant. Only complaint- more variety when you buy a variety pack.

I received my 5 plant Tillandsia bundle two weeks ago, and I'm very happy with my happy plants. They were packed well and survived our chilling Northern climate without any problem. The instructions for what to do on arrival were clear. The one thing I would change was the information about what the shipment included - plants were listed on the form that came in the box, but I had to look up each plant on the internet to identify which plants prefer a long soak vs. a short soak vs. regular misting. (And I think I probably misidentified some of them...)
Still, I'm sure I'll gather more plants - these are really cool!
