Instructions were clear, aircon will start and not stop, heating wont start. Within minutes they said I had to replace a major part worth 4k and that will fix it. They will test it. I agreed. Once done the heater worked again, however aircon still does not stop when desired temp is reached. They were meant to test this. Called back, guy comes out. Wants another $700 to investigate what is wrong. Total joke. Spoke to 'boss' who sent the guy back out again. The guy dusts off filters and leaves. Called/messaged but no response. Been 3 months now... Find some good people locally and stick to them. 4k later and I have to look into this again. So much time and $ wasted. I am aware their overall reviews are super positive, unfortunately they are either a hoax or I caught them on a bad day(s).

This was 2 Years Ago To my surprise, 5 staff members turned up to install 2 indoor and 2 outdoor units. They were very good in their work, communicated well and very neat & tidy. They kept me inform all the way and ask questions on the position of the units and drainage. The final presentation was very professional inside and out. Thank You Today Maintenance carried out on 3 split systems. On time Give details of the job at hand Provided information and quote before starting. Confirmed on what needed to be done on each system. Completed and all checks carried out. Very Happy Thank You

I have been happy, 1 cancellation at the beginning due to COVID, but all sorted. The technician Sam worked well when we had "problem" to fit the grill. All good.

I recently had Alliance Climate Control install a large ducted aircon system into my home. The install team consisted of Sam, Kirk, BJ, Jamie and Irish. I had a lot of questions and all of the team members were more than helpful and explained everything. The team members worked hard throughout the long day and to be honest these blokes are an absolute credit to the company. Nothing was any trouble for them. I got 5 other quotes for the supply and install and Alliance was the cheapest. Sam who first quoted on my job, explained everything and the wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I would certainly highly recommend Alliance to my friends.
