Judy and I would like to personally thank Alliance and their sales and installation teams on a difficult ducted system install and power board upgrade. This underfloor installation was in an 1882 Heritage listed home. Alliance's electrician, Darko and his assistant Josh, had to undertake a full electrical board install and upgrade with all the latest circuitry and safety switching, before the AC unit could be installed. The original board was very old and many problems were encountered but none seemed to phase Darko and he remained positive and focused throughout the day. Installation commenced at 7.30am and would normally finish at 3pm but this clearly wasn't going to be possible given the complexity of our situation. To make certain we would not be left without power, Darko and Josh worked through their normal lunch time and late into the evening until they were happy that all was done and every aspect of the installation passed the many checks. Work finished in the dark and much of the clean up was done by torch light. A great, very neat professional job and a great effort undertaken with courtesy and full explanation at each phase. Couldn't have hoped for more. The next day, the Air Conditioning Installation boys Sam and Shadi continued the good work in exactly the same manner. Underfloor access was difficult with clearance in one room about 40cm. I had had several companies look at installing a ducted system in my home before and none were able to extend the installation into the kitchen area because it was simply 'impossible'. When I told Sam and Shadi this story they simply said, 'let us take a look at that'. Shadi said it was extremely difficult but he would be happy to give it a go. We couldn't have been more thrilled. The final completed installation included a vent in the kitchen. Unbelievable. Again the entire installation took longer than expected because of the many difficulties encountered but Sam explained every single aspect of the job to me in clear layman's terms and listened to every concern of mine with the attitude that 'if it can be done that way, we will do it that way for you'. The underfloor mechanical infrastructure was extensive but the work was beautifully organised and the entire team, four in total, worked consistently and in constant communication with each other. The boys were not only proficient at their respective jobs but totally friendly and cooperative and always, always very positive. Not a minute of the work day was wasted. Extreme care was taken with the delicate structure of the house and the vent grills were perfectly placed as was the larger return duct, to our complete satisfaction. An incredibly neat and discrete result. Every tiny bit of rubbish vanished at the end of the installation. Because of the heritage nature of this property and the decades of restoration work I had personally undertaken, my wife and I were very nervous and apprehensive about this installation and whether or not we should have proceeded. None of our concerns were realised. A great job, a great outcome and what looks to be a great zoned, wifi connected system. Raj came to sort our aircon that another company completely sabotaged. Cannot recommend enough. We will definitely use going forwards. Peninsular air who installed our system were great at installing but unfortunately they sub out service to contractors who broke our system then they asked for $1200 to fix what they had broken. Aliiance charged us a fraction of this and we're up and running again. Thx Raj and team!

We had a fairly major job covering new Aircon installation, switchboard upgrade and replacement and downlighter replacements. The boards were a bird's nest with several previous questionable issues. Dadco systematically work his way through, tracing and upgrading both the inside and outside boards with a neat and perfect installation first time round. All downlighters and dimmers upgraded. New smoke detectors installed. The large job took him and his colleague, Josh two days to complete. Their continuous communication of problem solving was a total pleasure and never experienced before. Dadco electrical knowledge was exceptional and made matters so pleasant and easy for decisions we needed to make. They come very highly recommended.
