Very neat and tidy installation by B.J. and Kim, hidden wiring by super Sparky Moe, and all done as specified in the initial consultation/agreed design with Manager Goran, including the wooden cabinet for the external unit. Very happy with the installation.

We had a ducted system worth $10k installed 2 months ago & are still in dispute with this company. The system is so loud we cannot use it at night. It was also purported to be a zone system on purchase but the installation manager has now indicated for the temperature control to work properly the system has to be run across multiple zones with interconnecting doors open, thus defeating the point of it being a zone system at all. As such it has to cool the whole house in order to work and draws an enormous amount of power. On multiple occasions requesting rectification it has taken weeks for the company representative to reply & we are still waiting.. I cannot recommend this company.

Alliance Climate Control is the company I call whenever I have a problem with my split systems or they need cleaning or servicing and have done for several years. Every staff member I have dealt with has been professional and friendly. They are a company I highly recommend.
