These guys are amazing. They were one minute early. I was not home and assumed they would be late. They worked quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. They were quiet and polite with each other. No swearing and shouting. They paid attention to the dog even. Sam, Thomas and Andre are the best tradesmen I've worked with. I have no hesitation saying I'd recommend them.

Reliable, professional and honest. There’s no better team than the one at Alliance Climate Control. They care about their customers - from the onset they were knowledgeable and took their time going through any queries I had. As promised, they arrived prompt for the installation on the day and were highly efficient in their process. Not to mention, they cleaned up after they were done. Amazing service and top-quality team that goes the distance for the customer. Highly recommend the Alliance team!

Lovely experience with Alliance! Kevin, Andre, and Christain installed ac super quickly and neatly, and they were all very kind and considerate

These guys were exceptional. We had a complex installation and the result exceeded our high expectations. The team was professional, considerate, adaptable and highly skilled. Sam, Goran, Shadi and Andrew - thanks for doing a great job. Very impressive.

Excellent work by BJ, Jordan, Edwin, Darko and Josh. Always on time, always professional and House was cleaner after they’d finished than before they started work. Could not recommend highly enough

The technician, Aaron, who repaired and serviced our ducted AC unit was fantastic. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. The whole process from initial service call to repair and service complete was easy. The price was a little higher than expected (but it was a Daikin unit), but worth it to get the job done really well.

Recently had my air con serviced by Raj and Kody from Alliance. They were both very professional. Whilst they serviced my air conditioning I was working from home, they were quiet and undisruptive like as if they were not even there. My a/c needed an extra deep clean as it was fairly clogged up and I’m pleased to say it’s now working like the first day of installation. Very impressive! Highly recommended.

Both the initial appointment to obtain a quote and the installation of a multi system AC were promptly scheduled and occurred exactly on time. Melissa and Nicholas also kept us up to date with invoicing and receipting requirements. We specially appreciated Kirk's expertise in providing the detailed information we needed for a satisfactory solution for our apartment, and the timely responses to our follow-up questions. B.J. and Andre were courteous in resolving exact locations of units/pipes on-the-job, very efficient in carrying out the installation in the confined space available and cleaning up afterwards. They also gave us an excellent hands-on experience of operating the system to finish the job. Thanks to you all!

Highly recommend this company! Dealt with BJ, Andre, Kirk, Nicholas and Melissa. They were all very professional and always willing to help answer my questions as I had quite a complicated job, requiring council approval. They were always quick to respond and nothing was ever too hard. BJ and Andre did a fantastic job with the installation. They were so polite and respectful of my home, cleaning up before they left. BJ took his time to set up the app on my phone, connecting it to the aurcon wifi and showing me how to use it. Great company and people. very happy with my aircon!

I had four split systems installed in my apartment and the process was seamless from quote to install. Special call out to BJ, Dario, Goran and Melissa who all helped me out along the way. Can't recommend these guys enough! They are very professional and obviouslu have a lot of experience.

Sam, Tom and Marcio were brilliant! The job was done really well and the place left really clean afterwards. Would highly recommend. Thank you team!

Update.
One year later, the AC has performed perfectly. The time that Michael took to design the system obviously paid off. We had Aaron service it yesterday and continued the high standard, cleaning up stuff in the roof space that he didn't HAVE to do. Sam, Rob,Shadi and Adam were part of the installation team that have just left .. They were a delight to have in the house.
Rarely do you get a company that under promises and over delivers. I have to say that the experience from our first call in for a repair quote to the final installation of a new Actron system was terrific.
We had a thorough explanation of the repair and replace options . When we decided to go for the full replacement , we were taken through the options very clearly and thoroughly. Thanks for that Josh and Michael. The system is in, the house is cool and and any debris taken away and the working space was vacuumed. All with a minimum of fuss. There is an obvious pride in the workmanship and a genuine sense of teamwork . The guys seemed to really enjoy working for the company and with each other. (Grumpy tradesmen are a pet hate of mine...) A premium product at a reasonable price . Thanks guys.

Sam, Shadi & Andre did a fantastic job upgrading our Actron ducted system. Professional from start to finish and great workmanship. Thoroughly recommended.

We had Sam, Thomas and Eric replace our old Daikin unit with a new one. They all were extremely professional and courteous, cleaning up everything before they left and leaving the house in better condition than when they arrived. Sam was exceptional in explaining everything about the new unit before he left. We were extremely pleased with Alliance Climate Control and would definitely recommend them.

Professional service by Aaron. Great communication. On time. All work was completed thoroughly with attention to detail and areas were left spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Would like to say a Big Thank You to the crew of Sam, Tomas, Andre & Marcil for a grate job on installing & setting up my Daikin 20kw Ducted System with Air Touch 4. The Team did a outstanding job on a hot 30 plus degrees day to remove my old ducted system & instal new ducted system which took all day. The crew was on time & tidy as well. I would recommend Alliance Climate Control to anyone. Loving my new Daikin aircondition on how great it works. Thanks again to Sam & the crew for an outstading job & to Joshua for the best Quote. Well done Alliance Climate Control :)

Alliance was recommended to us by neighbours, and it was a great recommendation. Very easy to deal with, thorough and very competent work, and very good advice to keep us on the right track with our AC.

I recently had the team from Alliance Climate Control to do a full switchboard replacement and installation of split air conditioning units into a few rooms. Darko and his team were on time and did a great job of replacing my original aging electrical switch board with a brand new and safe board. The next day BJ, Sam, Kim and Danny did a great job to install three split air conditioning units. Overall the work looks great and the team cleaned up afterwards - I'm really pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of work. All work was completed to according to my quote, but the team also gave me options where they found a different way to complete the job - this was something I appreciated. I definitely would recommend Alliance Climate Control.

Great service.
