We engaged Alliance to replace our old and failing split system AC. The team were great in keeping us up to date on delivery of the equipment. Kevin and Khristein turned up on time, did a great job with the removal of the old system and installation of the new. They left the place at least as clean as when they started, if not cleaner!

Jamie Lee was on-time, professional and helpful. Jamie assessed the AC and gave me a few quotes, he completed the job professionally and I am grateful that he also took the time to give me a quick tutorial of the controller. Thank you Alliance and Jamie Lee.

Josh and Andrea serviced 8 air con units at our Alexandria office warehouse and the level of professionalism and respect they demonstrated is next to none. Negative feedback is more often easier to share (hands-up, guilty LOL) but in our case, there is absolutely nothing we can fault about the work these 2 gentlemen conducted, and more importantly, their attitude - Such a pleasure. Josh and Andrea - thank you for proving that quality service is still alive! We will definitely use Alliance Climate Control again... and YOU SHOULD TOO!! Maeu (on behalf of POMT)

Kirk and the entire team we have dealt with have gone way above and beyond to meet all our requirements with a replacement ducted system whilst dealing with an extremely pedantic body corporate. Despite having no end of last minute administration issues to deal with and last minute delays these guys have come through.Special mention to Joe and the accounts team thank you. Finally Kirk you are an asset to any company

Aaron was excellent & took a great deal of care! During his inspection he also alerted me to some serious electrical issues that could have been dangerous in the future. Other tradesmen had previously ignored these or not been aware of them.

Service was excellent. Jake explained the processes for the services to be undertaken really well and completed the work with a minimum of fuss. Also gave some good tips on keeping our system working efficiently.
