B.J, Jamie M and Goran recently completed a job for us, removing a very old A/C unit then connect two new inside units to our external unit. They turned up on time, were polite and professional and completed the work to a high standard, cleaning up completely after themselves. The whole process from the obligation free on site quote to the the job being completed was painless. We are a strata that had 15 air conditioners fail due to a power surge from a major electrical fault.
After delays with another provider we used Alliance who was recommended by a resident that was a previous customer of Alliance.
Of course access to each apartments to assess the damage and then again to access each apartment to carry out the repairs was required.
Also parts from the manufacturer for so many air conditioners at one time required persistence and patience.
However, all was completed within a reasonable time. When 2 teams were needed they were provided; when repeat visits were needed they were provided.
Alliance proved professional and cautious when dealing with our administration as well as each residents of the affected apartments.
Well done and thanks for the mighty effort.
