Amazing work from the team. They understood what I needed and were there to help me 100%. They took out my old air con unit and placed new ones in all in one day. I would definitely recommend this team to others.

Alliance CC runs a streamlined service from first planning to installation. Our installation manager Goran was very accomodating as we worked through a prolonged strata approval process. The installation itself was efficient with several workers onsite under careful supervision by Sam. A couple of minor issues noticed after installation was complete were quickly rectified within 48 hours. We now have a flexible and economic system with internal Daikin units in 4 rooms suppled by 2 external Multi Inverters. Our only hesitation with this whole process was the trunking required externally, which is an unfortunate but unavoidable compromise to having the luxury of airconditioning.

I called Alliance Climate Control for a service to my air conditioner. From the moment I spoke to the team to the completion of the work, the process was seamless and their service exceptional. Not only were they very professional and reliable, the work was managed in a timely manner and the technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. Upon completion, I received a follow up phone from Kristian who went above and beyond in maintaining customer loyalty. I will definitely use Alliance Climate Control in the future and definitely recommend them.

Excellent installation by the fabulous team at Alliance. It started with Goran coming for an assessment and very competitive quote. Team came in and did a fantastic job and consulted me every step of the way as vent placement was tricky in a hertitage house. Very pleased with the outcome and an exceptionally tidy job. Now sitting here in a very warm house.Thank you!

Had a Daikin split system installed from ACC a couple of weeks back. The entire process went really smoothly, from the complimentary site check and quotation to the payment process and scheduling for the installation date/time. Installation went smoothly too: had 3 guys on site and installed the system in about 3 hours. Received a quick tutorial on how to use it and they left the premises nice and clean. Thanks!

My husband and I had selected three installers to visit our place for quotes, based on high reviews. Goran stood out from the other with his attention to detail, competitive pricing, ease of professionalism and lack of pushy salesmanship. His team did a great job installing our three units over two levels. They kept up a helpful level of communication with me throughout the installation, they were friendly, punctual, tidy, respectful to my place and belongings and were professional from start to finish. We are so impressed with the entire experience. We will have no hesitation in using their services again, and recommending them to our family and friends.

I was very impressed by the service and efficiency of the installation team. They did a great job and were also flexible in approach. I was also impressed at the fact that they cleaned up really well afterwards too. The heating is working perfectly and I'm so glad that I chose Alliance Climate Control. It is really good that they send in a whole team to do the job quickly and thoroughly.

A real pleasure to work with from start to finish. Quote was significantly cheaper than a competitor, gave a number of options, communicated clearly and regularly about the job, and did it perfectly in the time specified. Can't recommend enough.

Morning Goran,
Just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a great job your boys did yesterday at our warehouse. People are quick to criticise when they’re not happy with the quality of a job but too lazy to give praise where its due. The quote was expedient and the liaison during the process was clear and prompt. They tackled job without a complaint in inclement weather yesterday, put down drop sheets around their work area, cleaned up afterwards and left with a smile on their face. Please pass on my gratitude to you and your supervisor and I look forward to working with you on our next project.
