Wow.. you guys even have a certificate of installation with installation details and serial no. You guys have been very professional throughout the whole process from sales/installation/post sales. During the sales process, I had asked multiple quotations and documents for strata approval in which they were provided promptly. Keep up the good work! I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family.

I would like to thank you for the fantastic job done quoting and installing my ducted air conditioning. Michael who quoted knew what he was talking about and the installers were very helpful, polite and courteous (particularly the apprentices). Everything was removed from site and no mess left. Thank you for making the process very easy for me. Regards, Wendy Waters

I simply chose Alliance Climate Control because of their positive reviews. After consultation with Goran I was please to proceed with a competitive quote, and from start to completion of the installation of the new split system along with a new switchboard upgrade with technician Jon who couldn't have been more helpful with his time and knowledge and along with the whole team of 5 were polite and cleaned up after a professional job well done.

Alliance Climate Control (ACC) was referred to me by a friend who spoke highly of them. I am particular about price and service when it comes to spending big dollars and ACC didn't disappoint me. I had 2 other Quotes from their competitors who just happened to be installers of air conditioning Units by the same manufacturer-Daikin. On the morning of the air conditioning installation by the ACC workers, we held a pre-start meeting to ensure that we communicated all the information about the job both ways. We drew diagrams of the rooms associated with each Zone and they asked where we wanted the ceiling grilles positioned, etc. The ACC workers then went about their own tasks in a very skilled and professional manner.I am very pleased with the final result of the price and the installation work and I highly recommend Alliance Climate Control to other people looking for a good company that they can get value for money and peace of mind from professional service.

I was impressed with the service-young girl answering the telephone won me over with her professional can do responses and Chris and John who performed the repair were great-knowledgeable, straight talking, polite, and cleaned up properly. I will definitely use this firm again.
