Alliance were quick to come out and quote and install my new Daikin AC after a certain top-rated business could never even "conduct" a quote after 2 no-shows. All workers were very professional and worked quickly, keeping me updated where necessary and leaving no mess behind. Following installation I received a run-down of the installation, walk-through of the remote and various functions, and explanation of the service program / maintenance requirements.

I chose Alliance Climate Control because of all their favourable reviews.I WASNT DISSAPOINTED. I had the fan motor replaced today by Alex and Jamie. They did a great job and they are both a credit to their company. Also when Alex first came to give me a quote, he was very courteous, and very professional in the way he conducted himself. Also the girl at the switchboard that I first rang to get someone to come out and give me a quote , she also was unbelievable, in the way that she came across, Alliance is lucky to have her.My son in law is now going to ring Alliance to get a quote and get his air conditioner fixed. One thing is for sure. I will always be choosing Alliance Climate Control in the future for my air conditioning repairs and installations.

I think you should supply your technicians with a laptop compute so he does not have to hand write invoice + quotes.

Organised on-line...very prompt reply to my enquiry. Arrived on time, professional attention to the replacement of the air con. Very friendly & helpful. Took away the replaced air con and left no cleaning up for me to do.

Just had a/C installed in bed room. Old terrace with limited space. Good price, and whilst had to wait for model we wanted (our choice), they did a great job and was very responsive. Installation guys were professional and only took a few hours to install. Highly recommended!
