Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
I bought this new unit because the batteries in my old one leaked and corroded the unit. The new one that I ordered arrived in good shape in a reasonable amount of time. However it did not contain any instructions. I was able to assemble all the parts by comparing to my old one. However, i was not able to guess how to get it to start transmitting temperature data to my indoor display. After two weeks of trying everything I could think of on both the outdoor unit and indoor unit, I gave up and was able to find a phone number for customer service. I explained my situation to the representative and he just said.- press and hold the light snooze button for 5 seconds, and presto all worked. You would have gotten 5 stars had you included some instructions in the box.
I love the system and guess I will try to change out the batteries in this one more often.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-WC Replacement Wind Cups, WS-1900, WS-2000 and WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
Accidentally broke a cup off my wind speed gauge when I was cleaning the spider webs out of my rain gauge. Thought I might have to buy a new unit but looking on the Ambient website found I could order just the cup assembly. Ordered and received very promptly. Just a small set screw secures the cups to the shaft so had it repaired in minutes and all was well with my weather station again! Very pleased with Ambient and there products.

Console Upgrade
Verified Buyer
I have loved this weather station since I first got it a couple of years ago. I recently upgraded to a WiFi7 router and for some reason the console would not connect to it. I upgraded to the latest version of the console (D) which uses a different method to connect and it works fine! So now I have two consoles that I can use to monitor my sensor array, one that can be monitored remotely. Still loving this system!

Ambient Weather WH31LA Leak Detector for Models WS-2000, WS-5000 Weather Stations
Changed the channels on each sensor. Inserted the batteries. And my WS-2000 station recognized them right away. I changed the name for each sensor on the station to reflect where the sensors are located.

Ambient Weather WS-4000 Solar Powered UltraSonic Wi-Fi Weather Station
i had no problem setting all up and getting it to work. Instructions could be better but I have setup similar equipment before. The interface with the dashboard is “old” and antiquated and could be updated to make things easier to understand. The ine thing I don’t like is the labels for the various additional sensors DO NOT translate to the AWN so you must mentally remember what each additional is for! That is not good when you have 8 to remember

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
This is a replacement for my previous Array. Exact same product, the first one only lasted just under 2 years. I was a little disappointed that Ambient did not even offer me the replacement at any discount even after asking.
In all fairness, I have another setup at my cottage that has been functioning well for over 5 years.
