It was relatively easy to find the replacement sensor for my WS-2000 and I was very pleased to have it arrive just a few days later.

Ambient Weather was very responsive and handled my order quickly. The shipping method, FedEx, not so much as tracking updates were few or non existent. Ambient weather is 5 stars, Fesex is 1 star.

Everything arrived in a single fairly small box. Box was intact and well packaged. It is a replacement for a 6 year old system that was having communication issues. Easy to do. All working and ties right in to Home Assistant. Found the instructions to ground the pole somewhat baffling. No ground connection on device. Metal pole would seem to be self grounded.

I’m very satisfied with the service and speed of delivery. Setting up was very easy and everything was quickly connected. Everything works well and the app makes it easy to follow everything from a distance. I’ve had other weather stations but their range is very limited

Was very difficult to place my order. Would not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay even though they were options. Had to create an account to complete order.

I called to order a new weather station. The tech I spoke with was very helpful and the item was sent out and arrived very quickly.

Tech staff could not have been more helpful. I had two separate issues with an older WS 5000 unit. Both issues were diagnosed quickly and the fixes were very affordable.

The weather station works just great. I have one station outside but three monitors inside in different rooms. My biggest problem is keeping the dove from pooping in the rain gage. It is a big problem.

Our old weather station gave up the ghost after 7 years and we missed it so we got another and it was easy ordering and setting it up.

After two years my WS-2902 had an issue with outside temp and humidity. Rob helped trouble shoot the issue and after buying the THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY Replacement, it was an easy fix and my station is back working.

Ordering the weather station was easy. Only problem was getting connected to WiFi. That took a call from support. But got it done.
