I had a problem with my AW Wx Station. AW troubleshot over the web, told me what the problem was, I verified and a new power supply was in the mail. Bada-bing, Bada-boom!

Had to update to a newer system as the old one finally gave out. WS2000 came well packed with everything needed there. Had it set up and going in less than 30 minutes. Documentation is lacking unfortunately. Had to search on the internet for the answers to things that were not in the provided manual (many were things to do with the console). Overall very pleased and with some updated documentation all will be 5 stars.

Start with the bad news: the plug-in power supply for my weather station failed. That’s unusual and disappointing. The good news is that telephone support diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, pointed me to the correct replacement on the web site, which shipped quickly and fixed the problem.

This is my second weather station after the first one started having inaccurate temperature readings. For the price point I'm more than happy with this unit. It is nice to be able to check the weather at my house when I am away. I definitely recommend this unit !

I found the web site not intuitive and difficult to use. It took me three visits to the site to make a simple purchase.

As always great customer service thank you. A little disappointing that power supply crappped out as it must be a known issue as it is in your faq for problems.

Jordan went above and beyond to help me diagnose and fix my problem with the new sensor array I purchased. Every company needs a person like Jordan on their team. :))
