Got the part but with trouble ordering ended up with two. Trying to return for a refund but they want 8+ dollars for return label on a 18 dollar item. Don’t think I am going through that for 10 .dollars . They didn’t charge for shipping. But at least the part worked.

New part works great. Instructions were unclear how to swap it out and I had to call support, which was excellent.

Excellent customer support. I had a few questions regarding the setup procedure for my station. The technicians that I spoke to know their products very well. Either email or phone, customer support responded swiftly.
