The set-up is anything but intuitive. I found the User Manual to be very difficult to follow during the set-up.

I was having problems with my weather station when it rained. I called ambient weather and they recommended I replace the top of my unit. The top came with in a few days and I changed it. No more problems. YEA!

Somehow they got my address wrong, not going to point fingers at that because I may have had my fingers on the wrong numbers on the keyboard. Got here really fast, my neighbor was kind enough to bring it right over. I don't understand how they can sell the array so cheap though. I paid over 200.00 for the complete unit years ago (thing has lasted a long time on my roof through 100 plus summers and freezing winters) but the array was only 60.00 I think. Looks like a complete unit except for the spinners and pole brackets...I think that's so awesome for Ambient to take care of their customers like that. It'll probably be working after I take the big dirt nap. Thanks Ambient Weather for making such a great product.

Part came in a few days and I received more replacement parts than I thought I was purchasing. It took only about 15 minutes and everything worked like new.
Side note:
I had tried several different weather stations, and Ammbient was by far the most dependable and accurate.
Thanks Ambient!

The outside temperature stopped. I called the company, was given help determining the part needed, was told the price of the replacement part, and ordered it. The part came within 3 day, I installed the part, and all is well now, I am happy to say

New sensor array worked fine with old WS-1000 series base station. A good thing since it appears that none of the current line of base stations shows a graph of the last 3 days of selected observations like my current base station does. This graph, set to show indoor and outdoor temperature, is one of my most used views. I would have purchased an entire new system except for this missing feature.

We got our weather station in 2021. We love it! I recently had to get a new display. Everything was smooth...no issues. We will continue to enjoy!
