The purchase was great. But one heck of a time setting it up from just reading the instructions. It finally took 2 days to finally reach tech support to help with my setup. Then trying to connect to weatherunderground took another day. I know being 76 doesn’t help with all this connectivity but just being able to talk with support really was only option.

Received the ws2000 weather station quickly and setup was a breeze. Only have it mounted to the top of a 6 ft fence right now until I can get on the roof and mount it correctly.

I damaged my weather station. Ordered a replacement part, installed new part and the weather station is back to working perfectly. My weather station is over 6 years old.

The application did not work on my cell phone and I called tech-support and a man named David helped me and he did a really good job and was courteous and got it to work. I was frustrated that I had to call to get it to work..

Well, for those out there like me with the screen flashing and turning on and off, a new power plug solved it. Strange, but works.
