Worked fine.

Like the rest of the weather station, it works great.

Does just what I need it to do - record the temp and humidity.

Excellent

I'm asked to leave a review. What can I say? It was exactly like the part i'd had for several years. The old part worked fine until I lost it while cleaning. Presumably the new one will work just like the old one!

Installation of the sensor was fairly easy. It would be better if the rain gauge could attach to the side of the pole instead of only on the top. This required using two poles, one long pole for the temperature/anemometer and another for the rain gauge. There were no problems with the installation or setup of the consoles (I purchased an extra console).

Just awesome I love it!

This beastie is awesome! Nice large display that's easy to see & understand.
Simple to assemble. Easy to understand owners manual.
Great company!

So far so good. Time will tell

The Weatherbridge gets one star for being way less than idiot proof. Customer service on the other hand gets four – thank you for following up on my purchase, asking if I needed help, and doing it more than once I think. Turns out I needed a lot of help, just didn’t know it (until yesterday). I've been out of the country until a week ago (military), unable to do much of anything with the Weatherbridge since receiving it. Yesterday, I got some free time to work with the device, unfortunately I accomplished little. I must accept fault for buying something that I didn’t fully understand. I thought I’d found a cheaper version of the Davis WeatherLink Live interface. Really don’t want to replace this unit with the apparently gold-plated one Davis offers.

I expected (no fault of yours) Weatherbridge to provide a way to get my Davis Vantage Pro 2 weather data online without a dedicated computer. Also, for it to connect wirelessly to a modern wireless home network, meaning the Mesh wireless at my house. Odd too that on the config page I get a warning about Weatherbridge having an expired license. I haven’t owned it for six months, now I’m offered a $25 extension? Was there a license delivered with the product?

Another issue, maybe good, is from what I can tell the Weatherbridge goes online with a dynamic or static IP address, wired or wireless mesh. Odd the Meteobridge “Setup Network” page says Weatherbridge isn’t compatible with Mesh networks. This morning I connected the USB extender module sent with the Weatherbridge to the Davis console, nothing changed, lights are flashing, but I probably have settings wrong.

Had to make a few more adjustments than I thought was needed but once it was dialed in it worked well.

This is a fantastic system! Effortless installation, no wire running required. The wifi connection is solid.

I’ve had my weather station for a couple of weeks now. I’ve had a chance for it to test lightning ( sensor purchased separately)and rainfall. It works great. I also bought the soil sensor and it is very accurate. I plan to buy more to test different areas of the ground. It keeps me from guessing the moisture in the ground for my palm trees. Definitely worth the money.

Awesome

Great display screen, tons of information on both the screen and on line. I added the lightning strike unit. Everything super easy to set up (if you remember it only works on 2.4 Wi-Fi).

Great station

Works well. Only wish the main body was weather proof. I put it in a plastic container to protect it.

My camera works great, still learning the ins and outs of the best setup for getting night time pics and to slow it down.

An excellent choice for a weather station. However, the instructions for setting it up are vague and leaves one feeling like a masters degree in electrical and mechanical engineering is needed to get the station set up and working. Despite this fact, a much better weather station than anything Acurite this much I am certain.

Purchased the WS-2000 to replace my aging WS-1000. Just love the new graphics on the monitor. The weather station itself is more robust and like that I can replace the wind vane and anemometer. Here is CO the hail destroyed both on the WS-1000 and could not repair. Set up was very simple. I do miss the ability to put the barometric graphic on the home screen; we just don't get that much rain throughout the year here. But it is easily accessible. All in all, very happy and would definitely recommend.
