I wish a pole necessary for placing it was included. As it is, my grandson has not yet set it up.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
First time purchaser from Ambient Weather. My order arrived here in Australia in super fast time. I have not set it up yet as it’s for a holiday home, however the instructions and videos are comprehensive and easy to follow. My only comment would be that as it has been shipped from the Northern hemisphere, it is very Northern hemisphere biased. So far so good.

My rabbit chewed my other cord. I ordered one that morning and received it quickly. It worked right away. The company is easy to work with and has excellent communication.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY Replacement Thermo-Hygrometer Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Device itself is fine but be careful while replacing. What cost them a star is the horrible instructions that came with everything.

Ambient Weather WS-2801A Advanced Wireless Color Forecast Station with Temperature, Humidity and Barometer
Backlighting is everything. See when other screens can’t be seen for glare. Capacity for 2 sensors gets you all the info you need inside and out. Should make it better with controls for screen landscape in terms of identifying where info is coming from

Ambient Weather WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY Replacement Thermo-Hygrometer Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
assembly and installation instructions were straight forward and explained the procedure clearly. that said I think people unused to doing this type of repair would find the removal and replacement some what challenging as some of the connections are in awkward locations that require a bit of finesse to unplug and then plug in the new parts without damaging the whole instrument or the prepare parts in the process.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I love the new WS-2000, however I cannot understand why the display is so small and cheap looking and flimsy. The display size is smaller than my other weather station display from Ambient Weather, however the WS-2000 is more expensive...I can only give 4 star rating/
