Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
My system has been up for about two weeks, and everything is still working great! Only "hard" parts were getting the mounting arm fully into the receptacles and getting the screw holes exactly lined up. Instruction book looks daunting at first, but a little patience and experimentation with operating the settings and learning which buttons do what goes a long way. Customer service was quick with a couple of questions!

The product itself is very nice and works well. The set up manual is deficient in some areas.

Very nice unit, but navigating the console during setup was slow compared to a tablet like I am more accustomed to.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
This seems to be a very good unit. Easy but a tad time consuming to set up. We ordered additional sensors and a local adapter that work well also. Adding to Wundergound was simple and has worked perfectly straight away.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
This is overall a great product! I love the ability to stream weather data to multiple different services, which lets me share local conditions with friends and neighbors. Considering the price, this was one of my best purchases of the past year.
My one suggestion for improving this product would be in the way relative barometric pressure is computed from absolute pressure. The equation relating these two quantities is not a simple offset, yet your system assumes that it is, making it impossible for relative pressure to track the NWS reported pressure (usually altimeter setting from a local airport) over the natural range of atmospheric pressure even at my location in New England. It would help somewhat if you added a display item for Altimeter pressure on ambientweather.net, that could be implemented by a script in software and wouldn't require adding a routine to the console.

Gave it to son and daughter in law for Christmas and they love it.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-5000 Rain Gauge
What can I say? Birds don't roost on or around the funnel. New funnel was bought because old funnel let too many pine needles into the opening and clogged it, and the mesh across the top I'd initially installed was too large. got a smaller stainless mesh (60#) and it works better now.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I received the WS-5000 as a Christmas gift and I am very impressed. So many high end features.
The only disappointment was in how it was packaged and the lack of a printed instruction manual. A little cumbersome to set up for someone with their first weather station.
But in the end, I really, really like it!

So far so good. Hookup to WI-FI was a bit of a challenge. Instructions should include a definition of what MIFI is.
