Ambient Weather WS-2801A Advanced Wireless Color Forecast Station with Temperature, Humidity and Barometer
The communication between units took a couple of days and I got no support from Cust. Svc. Now that I got them talking, they work great.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I upgraded to this unit after too much frustration with a lesser brand. It seems to be of good quality and I appreciate all the info on the home base unit. Taking one star off for inconsistent wind speed readings. I installed it the morning of a strong storm coming through northern California. It became quite windy that day with wind gusts probably in the 30's, maybe 40's. But at one point it registered a gust of 89. 5 mph. There was no way that was accurate. The next day it also registered a gust of 59 mph when there was no way that could have happened. We are up on a hill and do get some strong winds but the most ever clocked with the old system was 52 mph which broke my local TV antenna.

This is the weather station I imagined having when I made my first purchase. Thankfully I found Ambient and am completely satisfied. I even purchased a second display monitor.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
This was my surprise early Christmas gift that I picked out. My 10 year old grandson and I easily assembled the unit and mounted the outside station. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. Most importantly, it works as advertised! A great unit at a very reasonable price.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
It was easy to set up the weather station. The main concern I had was picking the right spot, away from structures and trees. Getting the indoor panel to connect with the weather station went well. Setting all the parameters felt like using software from 15 years ago, but it worked. Getting it to connect with my wifi was very wonky. I had to go through the steps a few times before it connected. Now that it is connected, I am getting good data away from the location, so I am happy and satisfied.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I love this weather station. I had a lacross weather station prior to this but the rain guage died so my wife bought me this as a birthday gift and I could not be happier. She just bought be the lightning detector and some more soil mositure monitors for Christmas so I have everthing I want monitored. The phone app is amazing the way it displays all the data. This is the weather station every weather bug needs.
