Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Expedient shipping. Arrived earlier than I expected. Fairly easy assembly. Multiple mounting options, I chose 1.5" pole. Synced up nicely with my cellular modem. Very pleased. Love the station. Thanks for great service and equipment

Ambient Weather WS-2700 Advanced Wireless Weather Station
After less than a month it quit transmitting the outside temperature. I called for technical support and got a quick response (it took less than a minute to be connected to a support person). The individual was friendly and quickly helped me solve the problem. Friendly, courteous and effective service deserves 5 stars in my book.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-RAIN Replacement Rain Collector for WS-5000, WS-2000 Weather Stations
Seems to be good but I believe it reads a little low. The bird spike kit received with it didn't fit which necessitated another shipment and created a bit of a hassle getting it on.

Ambient Weather WS-2700 Advanced Wireless Weather Station
As a Ambient weather customer for about a decade, I have benefitted from their increasing value for very reasonable prices. This latest purchase fits that pattern with continued improvement in what comes with a thermo-hygrometer and its connectivity with sensors, inside and outside. It was also a plus that it was a free delivery for me and occurred within a week of ordering.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-WV-ASSEMBLY Replacement Wind Direction Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Lost control of my mast - trying to handle it by myself - and the weather station landed on the wind vane. Broke the mounting screw. *sigh*
Ordered a new one. It came. Installing it was a piece of cake, even without directions. Put it back up with some help (I learned), and it's working great.
Love the modular design, easy ability to replace parts. Thank you for having a design team/engineers who do things right. (A pet peeve: my friends Ford has to have the engine pulled to change the back two plugs! Why in the world would someone design it that way?!)
Thank you!

The days they are getting shorter, and colder. I haven't used the heater yet, but freezing nights and days are right around the corner.

Replace an failed ambient system, consequently setup was easy. Not sure why I would set up internet connection and the remote device provided since it is just a pass through system.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAIN-ASSEMBLY Replacement Rain Gauge Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Directions provided in the box were clear and the swap out was very easy. This replacement solved my erratic over-reported rainfall issue. Small heads up to future buyers, the PH2 screwdriver required (no, you can't force a 1) to replace the unit needs a narrow shank to be able to reach the recessed screws -- your standard 6mm shank will not fit down the recess. Luckily the screws weren't hard to unscrew, and I was able to use a small slotted driver to get the job done without marring the screw head.
