Ambient Weather WS-1002-TEMP-HUM Replacement Temperature Humidity Sensor, Cable and Connector for WS-1002-ARRAY and Observer
In a WS-1400, old sensor would register runaway high temps at night, and the new sensor fixed that. Disassembly is a bit technical and inconvenient, but that's the fault of the product design, not the sensor. There's a good YouTube video on how to do it if you search for it. Price of $10 for a combined sensor is more than fair.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
Seems to be taking care of the problem, but I think the wire gauge needs to by slightly larger or the hole in the rubber ring slightly smaller. Some of the wires have spun around inside the hole and are not aligned the way I put them in there. Maybe from birds bumping them or wind?

Ambient Weather WH31L Lightning Detector for Models WS-2000, WS-5000
The detector works great. I now know if there is lightening anywhere near me. It is simple to set up and easy to install. My only complaint would be even though I installed the batteries that were supplied, and another set of the same brand and that were new the APP on my phone (android) and tablet (Apple) both show the batteries are weak, while the display shows full bars.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAIN-ASSEMBLY Replacement Rain Gauge Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Although it was a bit of a challenge to disassemble and reassemble the new unit, it works very well now that it's been properly installed. The first challenge is removing two of the screws located at the bottom of two, narrow, plastic channels. The instructions stated that Phillips head #2 screwdriver was required for this, but the shaft diameter of that size Phillips screwdriver is too big to fit into the narrow columns/channels. I was able to make a Phillips head #1 work, but I'm sure the screws got a little stripped in taking them out. The other challenge was connecting the miniature ribbon cable plug fitting, but with delicate finesse it happened. I'm delighted to have the rain gauge segment of my weather station working properly again.
