I received the ambient weather equipment with no issues. However, signing up for the ambient weather service, registering my products and logging into my account is a miserable failure. I have had to make two different accounts - and neither account recognizes the equipment I purchased. This is unsatisfactory. Ambient Weather, get you act together. The equipment is awesome but the backend software ecosystem sucks.

I've asked for help. New weather system doesn't record rain while everything else wrks.

The thermal shield was easy to assemble and place on my rain gauge post with the supplied hardware. The materials are robust and should last for years. Now I have legit remote temperature readings.

It was easy to find what I wanted. The delivery was quick and the product (A new paltry outdoor array) works as described. My only criticism is that the instructions were poor, leaving out important steps. I needed to call customer service to find out how to activate the array. The agent helped me quickly.

I’d like to get one of your weather stations but they will not interface with my Weather software which is your Virtual Weather Station which is the best program I have ever used. For the life of me I can’t understand why you discontinued the software. It is so much better than the ****** software you use now.

It works and was easy to install. Wish the warranty lasted longer.

Our display unit suddenly stopped working. The Ambient support guy said that this adapter would fix the problem, and I didn't really believe him, but he was right! Our display is back up and working great!

Staff 2was very helpful with diagnosis of my weather station issue. We tried a resert first and it didn't fix the issue. They told me part I needed and I ordered it and it corrected the issue. Only negative issue was shipping. I chose the free 3-5 day shipping, it took 8 days to arrive.

I have called several times to explain features of my new Ambient Weather WS-5000. Each time, I came away with a sound understanding.

My sensor quit displaying all the information periodically, so I purchased another sensor. The new one would not let me setup the time and it quickly wouldn't display the wind speed, rain, outside temp... just ____ , like the one I was replacing. I took out the batteries, unplugged it, reinstalled the batteries and went through the setup on battery power, able to set everything. Within an hour the time was way off, and kept changing on its own. Another setup- can't get to time.
Please tell me how to get a working sensor.
